First stage

Submission of on-line application form and resume

Second stage

On-line numerical and verbal reasoning test

Third stage

Attendance at an in-house assessment centre

This one day event will give you the opportunity to demonstrate your interest in our graduate opportunities, your skills and qualities and your motivation and ability to advance your career with AIG. A presentation about AIG and the PA Programme will be delivered in the morning, and the rest of the day will be dedicated to learning more about you through a variety of exercises, interviews and role-plays. There will be opportunities throughout the day to meet with our people and find out more about our culture and values.

The purpose of this day is not to compare candidates to one another but to assess each candidate’s individual qualities against our key criteria.

Personality Profiling and Competency based interview with Director and Manager
