Revised Applications Project Update (O.NB/U.F/P.B/PR.H)
New application forms have recently been approved in Illinois and Pennsylvania. Old forms will not be accepted after October 1, 2007 for those states.
As the new forms are approved in remaining states, you will have a 60-day transition period. The new forms are currently available on FastForms, via our Web site, www.aiglifebrokerage.com |
