Annuity Interest Rate Update (S.A.OT.B/PRH)
First-year interest rate bonuses on HorizonMYG and HorizonPlus are now in effect until November 30, 2007!
State Approvals (S.L/A/A&H.OT.B/PR.G)
Updates include:
- HI has been added to the list of approved states for AIG Elite Global IUL LT.
- As of August 10, HI and IL have been added to the list of approved states for AIG Select-a-TermSM. These states are using the new rates and have been updated in Rapid Rater.
- Also, as of August 10, AR is using the new AIG Select-a-Term rates.

HIPAA Authorization and New Underwriting Requirements (O.NB/U.F/P.B/PR.H)
Effective immediately, a signed HIPAA Authorization is required on all life insurance applications. Also, new 71+ underwriting requirements are now in effect. For all applications received August 27, 2007 or later, all the new requirements must be enclosed.
Nationwide Avocation Questionnaire in NJ and VT (O.NB.OT.B/PR.H)
NJ and VT agents should now use the nationwide Avocation Questionnaire.
Revised Applications Project Update (O.NB.F.B/PR.H)
New application forms have recently been approved in New Jersey. Old forms will not be accepted after October 2, 2007 for NJ.
As the new forms are approved in remaining states, you will have a 60-day transition period. The new forms are currently available on FastForms, via our Web site, www.aiglifebrokerage.com.
