Changes, including a rate increase, have been made to American
Elite Whole Life in order to comply with standard non-forfeiture law changes that go into effect on January 1, 2007. Also, please see our Producer

State Approvals (S.L/A/A&H.OT.B/PR.G)
Updates to State Approvals include:
- DI Rider for ROPTerm and LTG Ultra is available for sale in IA, NC & UT.
- ContinUL Extend is available for sale in MA.
- Elite Value Index Universal Life is available for sale in PA.
- ROPTerm 2006 rates have been approved in NJ.
- LTG Ultra-C 2006 rates have been approved in WA.
- Extended Care Rider has been added to the Annuity listing.
- CriticalCare MVP has been removed from the Accident and Health listing.

New Procedures for 419(e) Welfare Benefit Plans

Effective immediately, American General Life Insurance Company has implemented new procedures for the sales of life insurance and/or annuity products used to fund 419(e) single employer welfare benefit plans. Two new Disclosure and Acknowledgement forms will be required.
