Kentucky Adopts NAIC Model Replacement Regulation (O.COP.F/P.B/PR.H)
Effective immediately for all individual life insurance applications
and annuity applications written in Kentucky, producers must
comply with the NAIC
Model Replacement Regulation. A new Replacement
Form is now in effect.
