Rhode Island
Adopts NAIC Model Replacement Regulation (O.COP.F/P.B/PR.H)
As of October 1, 2006, Rhode Island has adopted the NAIC Model Replacement Regulation. Producers must comply with such replacement requirements for all individual life insurance applications and annuity applications written in Rhode Island on or after October 1. Also, a new Replacement Form is now in effect.
